Qualifications

• Must have active RN license.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all MDS assessments.
• Verify compliance with regulatory requirements for MDS documentation.
• Supervise MDS data entry and validation processes.
• Prepare MDS-related reports and updates for the leadership team.
• Participate in facility surveys, audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for accurate resident care representation.
