Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing. License must be valid in Iowa or activation possible.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of federal/state long-term care regulations.
• Strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Complete and coordinate accurate MDS assessments to evaluate resident needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitor clinical documentation for reimbursement and quality measures.
• Analyze resident data to support clinical decisions.
• Serve as a resource on MDS processes and documentation standards.
• Engage in care conferences and communicate with residents and families.
• Participate in on-call rotation with leadership team.
