Job summary
King Manor Care and Rehabilitation Center in Neptune Township, NJ, is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator (RNAC) to join our administrative team. You will be responsible for determining resident acuity levels and managing the RAI process.

Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey required.
- Experience in long-term care (LTC) setting is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interdisciplinary team for MDS assessments.
- Track Medicare eligibility and predict RUG categories.
- Oversee electronic transmission of MDS data to agencies.
- Lead daily admission and care planning meetings.
- Conduct regular audits of medical records.
- Train facility staff on MDS terminology and regulations.
