Accura HealthCare of Kenesaw is seeking a dedicated MDS Coordinator (RN) to assess resident needs and promote well-being across physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects. This full-time role includes rotating on-call schedule with on-call bonus pay and occasional floor coverage.

The successful candidate will hold an RN license, have MDS experience, and excel in detail-oriented, timely data handling and collaboration with physicians and care teams to ensure accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Nebraska or ability to obtain.
• MDS experience required.
• Strong attention to details and deadlines.
• Analytical skills; must be able to perform essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MDS data collection and assessments for care planning.
• Confer with physicians, nurses, and other health personnel to ensure complete and accurate medical records.
