Job summary

Hillcrest Health & Living in Bellevue, NE seeks an experienced RN MDS Coordinator to lead the MDS assessment process and ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and sound care planning. You’ll partner with nursing, therapy, social services, dietary, activities, and leadership to tell each resident’s clinical story.

Qualifications
