Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in long-term care.
• Prior MDS/RAI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of MDS assessments.
• Verify compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Supervise MDS data entry and validation processes.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Prepare MDS-related reports for the leadership team.
• Participate in facility audits and reviews.
