Job summary

Arden Ridge Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join as an MDS Coordinator. You will oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS, CAA’s, and Care Plans) ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to optimize care and reimbursement.

The role emphasizes detail-oriented care, adherence to regulations, and continuous improvement within a structured, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing.
6+ months of experience as an MDS Coordinator.
Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation preferred.
RAC-CT or RNAC certification preferred.
Detail-oriented professional with commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and participate in the completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS, CAA's, and Care Plan) in compliance with Federal and State regulations.
Monitor and document the management of Medicare and Managed Care residents, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
Ensure accuracy in resident assessments to maximize reimbursement and provide high-quality care.
Drive innovation by implementing new ideas and processes to improve resident outcomes.
Maintain compliance with evolving regulations and best practices.
