Qualifications

• Registered nurse with active license.
• Experience with MDS and PPS processes.
• Skilled nursing setting experience required.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee generation of Minimum Data Set (MDS) for residents.
• Coordinate electronic transmission of data to regulators.
• Ensure compliance with DFS and related regulations.
• Lead staff education on MDS, PPS, and Medicare/Medicaid.
• Monitor staffing and participate in hiring decisions.
