Position: MDS COORDINATOR, RN

Type: Full Time - Day Shift (Monday to Friday)

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000!

Responsibilities
  1. Collect data for care plans, compliance, privacy standards, and third-party information.
  2. Ensure accuracy of patient charts and medical data; work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  3. Maintain knowledge of relevant standards and regulations for long-term care, certification, licensure, accreditation, Medicare, and Medicaid.
  4. Participate in all CMS survey process phases, including pre-survey, survey, and post-survey correction plans; promote survey readiness.
  5. Train staff to develop comprehensive care plans in coordination with the MDS, addressing residents' needs accurately.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse licensure required prior to hire.
  • Diploma from an accredited nursing school or professional licensure at the time of hire.
