This position is ideal for an experienced nurse who enjoys a combination of clinical and administrative responsibilities, with a focus on quality care and compliance.

This position is 32 hours weekly

Job Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) License in WI or Compact License

• Previous MDS experience in long-term care is preferred but not required

• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
