Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking a Full Time Clinical Nurse Coordinator in Maine. This dual role involves providing direct patient care as a Registered Nurse while also managing community relationships as a Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least 3 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing wound care plans, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Ideal candidates will have a commitment to quality care and a passion for making a difference.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, wound care clinic experience or a combination of both.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and coordinate care through assessment and team collaboration.
• Develop patient specific wound care plans and regularly review wound progress.
• Maintain open communication with management and staff to ensure continuity of care.
