Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross, GA, seeks a Trauma Services Manager to lead the Trauma Program with the TMD and hospital leadership. The TPM will ensure high-quality trauma care, outcomes, and compliance for trauma designation and verification. Responsible for 24-hour day operations and program initiatives.

The role requires RN licensure in the state, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and 3+ years of acute care/trauma experience with 1+ year in leadership.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Trauma Program Manager (TPM) works with the Trauma Medical Director (TMD) and hospital leadership to assure optimal trauma patient care services, quality outcomes and compliance with standards for Trauma Center designation and verification. The TPM strives to achieve successful outcomes for all care and programs associated with the trauma service, serves as operational director for all program initiatives and requirements. The TPM is involved with administrative operations, financial support, clinical services, educational activities, outreach initiatives, and research activities of the Trauma Center. This position maintains responsibility/accountability for 24-hour day management.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in acute care nursing or trauma required
• 1+ years of experience in leadership required
• Registered Nurse-currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation required
