Job summary
Central Louisiana State Hospital in Pineville, LA seeks a Registered Nurse Manager to lead the Quality Management Department and oversee standards compliance, performance improvement, utilization review, and infection control. This role reports to hospital leadership and drives regulatory readiness across all shifts.
The successful candidate will hold an RN license in Louisiana (or eligible via compact), with a minimum of four years' nursing leadership experience and demonstrated expertise in
Qualifications
- Louisiana RN license (or compact/mobile) required with eligibility to practice in Louisiana.
- Four years of RN experience or higher education with relevant nursing leadership.
- Experience with Joint Commission/CMS standards and quality/performance improvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Standards Compliance and regulatory supervision across all shifts.
- Develop and implement Performance Improvement plans for hospital units.
- Coordinate data collection, monitoring, and reporting for surveys and accreditation.
- Provide staff training on compliance, quality and patient safety initiatives.
- Supervise staff involved in quality, utilization review and infection control.
