HCA Healthcare's Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin, GA is seeking an RN Manager PACU Same Day Surgery to coordinate and supervise patient care across the unit, ensuring staffing aligns with acuity and patient needs.

Under the Director's oversight, you will lead clinical teams, partner on quality improvement, pursue educational opportunities, and provide hands-on coaching to staff while upholding safety and service standards.

Competenze

• GA RN license or eNCL required
• BCLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• 5+ years of experience with supervisory experience in surgical services preferred

Mansioni

• Coordinate and supervise patient care and assignment of all patient care team members; assess unit needs related to patient acuity and staffing
• Collaborate with the Nursing Supervisor and Director for quality improvement efforts
• Participate in identification of educational opportunities and provide hands-on patient care coaching
