The RN Manager Outpatient is responsible for managing, promoting, evaluating, and directing the day‑to‑day operations of the assigned clinic. Provides direction for total patient care in collaboration with physicians, sub‑specialists, nursing, and ancillary services. Responsible for developing and implementing protocols in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Operations. Monitors the effectiveness of these protocols through interaction with all departments system‑wide and through problems identified in the quality improvement program. Functions as a resource and liaison to all departments within the LCMC system, including nursing, social services, emergency services, admissions, radiology, labor and delivery, and all other services provided to the patient.
