Job summary

Pinecrest Supports and Services Center in Pineville, LA, seeks a Registered Nurse Manager to lead nursing services across programs and ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an active Louisiana RN license (or NLC/eNLC state license) and 4 years of RN experience, or relevant combinations of nursing education and experience as outlined in the job posting. The position offers special entrance pay and shift premiums.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current Louisiana Registered Nurse license or a temporary permit or multi-state license issued by an NLC/eNLC state to practice as a registered nurse.
• Four years of experience as a licensed registered nurse; OR
• A bachelor's degree in nursing plus three years of experience as a licensed registered nurse; OR
• A master's degree in nursing or public health plus three years of experience as a licensed registered nurse; OR
• A doctorate in nursing or public health plus two years of experience as a licensed registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a member of the Nursing Administrative Team in determining suitable organizational structure, staffing requirements, workflows, and operational priorities necessary to support Health Services operations.
• Assists the Chief Nursing Officer in developing, defining, implementing, and maintaining standards of nursing and healthcare practice within the agency.
• Prepares, monitors, analyzes, and submits reports, quality indicators, operational metrics, and other reports as requested by the Chief Nursing Officer and Administration.
