DescriptionUnder general supervision works in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and other members of the multidisciplinary team to deliver elder centered care in a compassionate and ethical manner according to standards of practice, incorporating Eden Philosophy as part of our core values and practices. This position ensures smooth operational management and ensures a comprehensive approach to quality improvement and infection control at Providence Valdez Medical Center Long Term Care. Required Qualifications

• Coursework/Training Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
• Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 3 years Experience as an RN in a healthcare facility.
• 1 year Long term care or related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Related to health sciences field.
• Experience managing programs or staff in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in human resource/organizational development and/or healthcare training.
• Quality Improvement and Infection Control experience.
