Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Ohio.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Previous nursing leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support nursing staff to promote high-quality resident care.
• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure appropriate staffing and coverage.
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, physicians, and the care team.
• Monitor residents' health status and respond to changes in condition.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation and medication management.
• Coordinate physician appointments, treatments, and other clinical services as needed.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing team members.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and collaborative workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, licensing, and facility policies.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, healthcare providers, and leadership.
• Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies while maintaining professionalism.
