Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Minnesota.
• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and training abilities for clinical staff.
• Commitment to HIPAA and resident privacy.

Responsibilities

• Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff
• Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans
• Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations
• Assess current and prospective residents
• Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
