We provide inpatient and outpatient psychiatric treatment for adults and adolescents. The RN role supports a multidisciplinary team, emphasizes patient safety, and offers professional growth in a brand-new hospital.

Qualifications

• BSN or higher strongly preferred.
• Current RN license is required in the state of Ohio.

Responsabilités

• Assist DON/CNO with directing and coordinating nursing operations.
• Oversee delivery of behavioral health nursing services with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet residents' biopsychosocial needs.
• Provide leadership to ensure compliance with regulations and nursing standards.
• Recruit, hire and train new staff and develop educational programs.
• Manage unit budgets and supervise staff activities as directed.
