Job summary

Glenwood Behavioral Health Hospital in Cincinnati, OH seeks an Inpatient Therapist to provide evidence-based therapy to adolescents and adults in an inpatient setting. You will manage a clinical caseload, conduct psychosocial assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and revise treatment plans.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in a therapeutic field and have 4+ years of therapy experience, including exposure to the target population.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or other therapeutic field is required.
• Four or more years' experience as a therapist with two or more years with the specific population is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual, group or family therapy.
• Maintain a clinical caseload and develop discharge plans.
• Create, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and coordinate services for patients.
• Collaborate in treatment team meetings and educate staff as needed.
• May assist in educating and training staff on behavior management or crisis intervention.
