Clovis Community Medical Center seeks an experienced manager to lead Labor & Delivery and OB Triage. You will guide clinical operations, staffing, and staff development to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

You will collaborate with physicians and nursing leadership, drive performance improvements, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards while fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in Labor & Delivery (L&D) or obstetric services.
• 3+ years of L&D leadership experience.
• Experience leading healthcare teams in a complex environment.

In this role, you will lead the clinical, operational and people management functions for Labor & Delivery and OB Triage, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, professional growth and high-quality patient care. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, recruitment, retention, performance management and staff development while cultivating a supportive and collaborative work environment. Working closely with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders, you will strengthen partnerships, navigate complex situations and promote alignment around patient care, quality and service goals. You will also drive performance improvement initiatives, utilize clinical and operational data to evaluate outcomes and improve care delivery and ensure compliance with professional practice standards, accreditation requirements and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Demonstrated expertise in Labor and Delivery and leadership ability required
• 3 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required

Licenses and Certifications

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
