Job summary

Doctors Hospital of Augusta is seeking an RN Manager ER to oversee daily operations, staffing, and quality of care in the emergency department. The role ensures patient-centered care and adherence to policies while supervising nursing staff and maintaining clinical outcomes.

• 1+ years of ER leadership/supervisory experience is required.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state or holds an active compact license as required by law.
• BLS certification is required.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Manager ER ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

What qualifications you will need:

• 1+ years of applicable ER leadership/supervisory experience required


• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) or practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required
