Job summary

Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA, seeks an experienced RN Manager CVOR to lead the cardiovascular operating room team and ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.

The role requires leadership, extensive OR nursing background, and collaboration with the leadership team to develop policies and procedures that support safe, effective care delivery across the unit. With a 600+ bed facility serving 35 counties, this is a pivotal role in a large, regional health system.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where you practice or hold a compact/multi-state RN license.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Current BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
• 3+ years of acute care OR nursing experience required; 1+ year leadership experience preferred.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Manager CVOR is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing and directing functions to ensure the effective operation of the unit. In cooperation with the leadership team, the Manager will be instrumental in developing plans, policies and procedures to efficiently provide quality care.

What qualifications you will need:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State which you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s Degree preferred
• A current BLS from American Heart Association (AHA or American Red Cross) are required
• 3+ years of acute care nursing experience in the OR required, peds OR experience highly preferred; 1+ years of leadership experience required
