Job summary

Research Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an RN Manager Case Management to supervise the case management and social services team, guiding patient throughput and care coordination.

You will oversee daily department activities, participate in budget processes, ensure regulatory readiness, and collaborate with clinicians to design efficient processes that meet quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• RN, LMSW/RCSW-I, RN Diploma, or Master's Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management or related roles.
• Licensure as RN or social work credentials as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversee the functional operations of case management and social services.
• Lead a team of clinical professionals to achieve optimal patient throughput outcomes.
• Oversee day-to-day department activities including education, productivity monitoring, staffing support, communication and scheduling.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to design and implement processes meeting regulatory requirements and TJC readiness/preparation.
• Assist the director with the financial management of the unit, including annual budget processes.
• Analyze data to ensure quality patient care and participate in performance improvement initiatives.

Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

You will provide oversight for the day-to-day department activities including but not limited to, education, productivity monitoring, staffing support, communication and scheduling.

You will have case management, utilization review and /or discharge planning responsibilities.

You will collaborate with clinicians and support staff in designing and implementing processes to comply with regulatory requirements and assist with TJC survey readiness/preparation.

You will assist the director with the financial management of the unit, including participation in the annual budget process.

You will ensure the delivery of quality patient care by analyzing data and initiating and/or participating in performance improvement initiatives.

What qualifications you will need:

• (RN) Registered Nurse, or (LMSW/RCSW-I) Lic Master Social Worker/Reg Clin SW-Intern, or Registered Nurse Diploma, or Masters Degree
• 5 years experience Required Years of Experience
