Job summary

Community Counseling of Bristol County in Taunton, MA is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Manager to join the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) team. This role provides client-facing nursing care and clinical support while supervising RN and LPN staff.

The RN Manager collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to address mental health and substance use needs, ensure safety, and uphold person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited and/or approved RN program.
• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience including 2 years in human services/behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with nursing leadership to develop policies and procedures.
• Supervise RN and LPN staff and oversee CBHC nursing operations.
• Prioritize client-facing direct care and support daily clinical needs.
• Triage clients and provide crisis counseling and safety planning.
• Coordinate health services including vital signs and screenings.
• Coordinate medical care, referrals, and records requests.
• Provide health and wellness psychoeducation.
• Reconcile medications and assist with prior authorizations and injections.
• Maintain medication inventory and supplier relationships.
• Support MOUD clinic operations as needed.
