Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Pre-Op and PACU RN Manager for a full-time role in the Dunwoody area near North Atlanta. The position requires active Georgia RN license, BLS, and leadership in ambulatory or hospital surgical services.

Work hours are 5:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with no call and no weekends, and with full benefits. Competitive salary range of $115,000 to $145,000 per year plus benefits, in a growth-focused outpatient surgery setting where teamwork and patient care quality are

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Georgia RN license.
• BLS is required.
• Prior Pre-Op and PACU leadership experience in ambulatory or hospital surgical settings.
• Knowledge of perioperative nursing standards and sterile technique.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume ambulatory OR.
• CNOR certification or working toward certification.
• ACLS or PALS as applicable to case mix.
• Physical ability to stand and lift/push within safe limits.

• Collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize patient flow.

Job Details

• Current, active RN license in Georgia
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Prior Pre Op and PACU Leadership experience in ambulatory or hospital surgical settings
• Knowledge of perioperative nursing standards, sterile technique, and surgical instrumentation
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume ambulatory OR environment
• Advanced certification (CNOR) or working toward certification
• Experience with outpatient procedures and ambulatory surgery protocols
• ACLS or PALS (if applicable to case mix)
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move patients/equipment as needed within safe lifting guidelines
