As a rapidly expanding mobile surgical physician wound care group entering new markets nationwide, we desire clinically oriented nurses to support our physicians by developing and managing accounts, ensuring optimal service delivery. Ideal candidates will possess healthcare knowledge, understand our services deeply, and work closely with our physicians and sales team. Experience in similar roles within medium-sized medical practices is preferred.

Job Description:

In the role of Physician Practice Manager, you will oversee SWC providers nationwide, building productive practices by acquiring and managing clinical accounts, increasing patient visits, and expanding provider procedures by identifying patient needs. Daily regional travel is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Acquiring new clinical accounts
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Growing existing accounts through full patient visits
• Coordinating logistical plans for physician SNF services
• Assisting with hiring qualified providers
• Managing the overall brand message
• Achieving revenue growth aligned with expansion plans
• Performing clinical duties at skilled nursing facilities

Candidates are expected to meet key performance indicators to develop profitable territories swiftly.

Qualifications and Skills:
