Position Overview

We are looking for a RN / LPN Regional Clinical Liaison with a healthcare background to collaborate with our physician development team across multiple U.S. regions.

Skilled Wound Care is a rapidly expanding mobile surgical physician wound care group entering new markets nationwide. We seek clinically oriented nurses to work alongside our physicians, develop and manage accounts, and ensure optimal service delivery. Ideal candidates will possess healthcare experience, a deep understanding of our services, and the ability to work effectively with physicians and the sales team. Experience in similar roles within medium-sized medical practices is advantageous.

Role Description

As a Physician Practice Manager, you will be assigned SWC providers across the U.S. Your mission is to establish and grow full practices for each provider by acquiring and managing clinical accounts, increasing patient visits, and expanding provider procedures by identifying patients in need. Regional travel is required daily.

  • Acquire new clinical accounts
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Grow existing accounts by ensuring full patient visits
  • Coordinate logistics for physician SNF services
  • Assist in hiring providers
  • Manage brand messaging
  • Achieve revenue growth per expansion plans
  • Perform clinical duties at skilled nursing facilities
