Job Description:

As a Physician Practice Manager, you will be assigned SWC providers nationwide. Your mission is to build productive practices for each provider by acquiring and managing clinical accounts, increasing patient visits, and identifying patients in need. Travel is required regionally and outside your home state.

Responsibilities include:

1. Acquiring new clinical accounts.
2. Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Growing existing accounts through patient visits.
4. Coordinating logistical plans for physician SNF services.
5. Assisting with hiring providers.
6. Managing brand messaging.
7. Achieving revenue growth in line with expansion plans.
8. Performing clinical duties with skilled nursing facilities.

Performance indicators will be used to develop profitable territories quickly.
