RN/LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse for Infant

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric home healthcare for medically complex children, ranging from low to high acuity cases.
• Perform nursing procedures, patient assessments, treatment planning, health counseling, and coordinate care with other agencies and physicians.

Offerings and Requirements

• All shifts available for high acuity infant care, with sign-on bonuses up to $1500 based on case specifics.
• Flexible hours, competitive pay ($20-$25 LVN, $30-$35 RN), 1:1 patient ratio, paid training, orientation, PTO, holiday pay, insurance benefits, and employee perks.
• Ideal candidates have a valid nursing license, current CPR, a flexible schedule, self-motivation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
