Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Rockwall, TX and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $40,000 - $75,000

Our nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care, making a meaningful difference in patients' and families' lives.

Job Duties

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) for full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights, weekends). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing medical care and treatment to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes, following physician plans of care.
• Conducting ongoing patient assessments.
• Administering prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinating care among team members.
• Educating family members to improve patient outcomes.
• Implementing preventative measures to ensure quality care.
