Qualificações

• Two years of experience in long-term care preferred; will consider new grads.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures proper resident care in a clean, safe environment.
• Makes nursing diagnoses to guide the care strategy.
• Collaborates with the resident and healthcare team.
• Records medication administration and changes in patient condition.
• Monitors staff to ensure safety regulations and state requirements are followed.
• Follows procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.
