Ashford Gardens is currently hiring for Double Weekend Nurse shifts: Saturday and Sunday, 2pm-6am, and Weekend-only shifts: 10pm-6am.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observe, assess, report patient conditions/changes, and document according to policies and regulations.
• Document patient assessments, evaluations, and changes in condition in the EMR system.
• Implement care plans, administer medications, and treatments as prescribed.
• Assign duties and supervise CNA staff to ensure high-quality clinical care.
