Ridgeline at Castle Rock is seeking compassionate RNs and LVNs for full- and part-time roles in Colorado. We welcome multi-state licensees and new graduates as well as experienced nurses, offering competitive wages and flexible shifts to fit your life.

Responsibilities include charting, nursing assessments, rounds with physicians, and adhering to safety procedures. Current RN/LVN license and BLS/CPR certification are required or willingness to acquire. Join our caring team today.

Competenze

Current RN or LVN license in practicing state.
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.
Nursing management experience is preferred but not required.

Mansioni

Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
Documents any change in patient's conditions including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.
Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs.
Document and notify applicable departments of any patient's room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
