Qualifications

• Current RN or LVN license in practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Document patient condition changes and report changes.
• Follow procedures for charting, narcotic counting, and restraint reduction.
• Document room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Round with physicians when necessary.
