You will manage evaluations, admissions, and discharges for LVAD patients. Using the nursing process, you'll assess conditions, create care plans, evaluate responses, and track outcomes. *Essential Functions of the Role* * Prioritize patient and family needs before implementing care plans. * You'll evaluate nursing practices regularly and advocate for changes based on research evidence when needed. * Your role involves managing patient discomfort, alleviating suffering, promoting healing, and preventing pain.
