Position: LTC Unit Manager Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Highlights:
  1. Work with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessment and development/revision of individualized plans of care.
  2. Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families, providing opportunities and encouragement to participate in decision-making.
  3. Supervise LPNs and other nursing partners as assigned.
  4. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
