Job summary

A healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time role in Monroe, LA. In this position, you will provide critical care to medically complex patients in a specialty acute setting. Responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare teams, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Qualifications

• Active RN license in Louisiana or compact state.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery.

Skills

Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse

Current BLS certification

Current ACLS certification

1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience

Strong clinical judgment
