Job summary

A trusted healthcare provider in Monroe, LA is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a full-time role in Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC). In this position, you'll provide direct care to critically ill patients and work collaboratively in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Qualifications include an active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and ideally, 1+ year of acute care experience. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Louisiana or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
