Job summary

Greenwood Connections is seeking a Licensed Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents in a safe, compliant setting in Minnesota. The RN/LPN will work with an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, deliver, and evaluate care while supervising Certified Nursing Assistants.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in Minnesota.
• BLS certification preferred.
• CPR certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Supervise and train CNAs to support resident care.
• Participate in staff meetings and in-service trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

A Licensed Nurse at Greenwood Connections is responsible for ensuring that our residents receive highest degree of nursing care that is consistent with federal, state, and local standards and guidelines and regulations in a safe and supportive environment. The RN/LPN works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, deliver, and evaluate the care of our residents. Additionally, they provide supervisory oversight and training of Certified Nursing Assistants to support individualized resident care. Participates in staff meetings and in-service training. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
