Job summary
Community Health Network is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join Lutherwood Youth Residential program in Indianapolis. The Residential RN provides direct patient care within a multidisciplinary team and ensures safe, compassionate treatment for youth in our care.
Ideal candidates have Indiana RN license (or LPN) and experience in residential or behavioral health settings; new grads welcome with supervision.
Qualifications
- Indiana RN license or equivalent.
- Nursing program accreditation (NLN/CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA) preferred.
- Three years of related professional nursing experience expected or considered.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a residential youth setting in accordance with Nurse Practice Act.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support behavioral and emotional health goals.
- Ensure safety, documentation, and high-quality care for residents.
