Description

Manages the day-to-day clinical services of a more complex community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity, providing quality care as residents' healthcare needs change. Supervises and provides leadership, coaching, to licensed nurses and other direct care staff within the community. May lead an additional clinical leadership team of up to five members.

The HWD level for each community is determined based on the total complexity of the role, including factors such as size, product lines, medication management regulations, assessment requirements, licensure, regulatory complexity, and skilled services requiring an RN.

About the Director of Nursing Position: As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will lead and manage the clinical team to provide the highest quality care and services. You will build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers to coordinate personalized care, collaborate with community leadership, mentor staff, and enhance resident and family satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills
