A Typical Day for an RN/LPN at Wesley on Grand:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health, including vital signs, and develop individualized care plans with a 1:20 staff ratio.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects.
  • Provide direct nursing care, such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate resident care, communicating with physicians and families.
  • Supervise and support CNAs and other healthcare staff, offering guidance and training.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols.
  • Offer emotional support and education to residents and families to promote well-being.

Work Schedule:

  • Weekend Package: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (6:00 pm - 6:30 am)
  • Work at least 32 hours between Friday 6:00 am and Monday 6:00 am.
  • Required to work five out of six weekends.
  • Shift differentials paid in addition to weekend package pay.
  • Opportunity to pick up additional shifts during the week.
  • Weekend team members are eligible for the same benefits as other team members.

What We Offer:

Compensation:

  • RN: $31.43 - $41.63/hour, starting based on experience.
  • LPN: $27.39 - $34.51/hour, starting based on experience.
  • DailyPay available to access wages before payday.
  • Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 for full-time, $3,000 for part-time.

Shift Differentials:

  • 2nd shift: $3.50/hour
  • 3rd shift: $5/hour
