Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN or LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent patient service and communication skills.
• Willingness to make a difference in resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing assistants and licensed nurses in daily activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Prepare and administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients on procedures and monitor vital signs.
• Monitor equipment use and interpret displays.
• Assist in discharge planning and maintain accurate records.
