Major Responsibilities
  • Assist Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse with medical and administrative recordkeeping in accordance with standards and regulations.
  • Record medical and administrative information following policies.
  • Maintain and submit the Daily Census Report.
  • Handle calls, messages, and resident identification documentation.
  • Notify responsible parties of changes in resident condition.
  • Assist with resident admission, transfer, discharge, transportation, and belongings.
  • Help complete medical and administrative records for residents.
  • Implement innovative healthcare ideas to improve systems and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two (2) years' experience in a similar role.
  • Valid RN license.
  • Qualities: compassionate, dedicated, and committed to quality work.

Salary: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour
