Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking a Weekend RN/LPN Supervisor for night shifts (11pm–7am) on a part‑time schedule. Under the Director of Nursing, you will supervise nursing staff and oversee patient care activities to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Responsibilities include rounds, care plan reviews, admissions assessments, and assisting with activities of daily living, medications, and treatments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; RN/LPN license required in Florida.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current RN/LPN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV and CPR/BLS certifications are required.
• English reading, writing, and speaking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel and oversee daily nursing activities.
• Conduct rounds and assess residents; review care plans and needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care, meds, ADLs, and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor

Part Time / Weekends / 11p-7a

**Preferred Registered Nurse (RN) however will take Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, this role supervises nursing personnel and oversees day‑to‑day nursing activities during assigned shifts. All responsibilities must align with accepted professional standards and federal, state, and local regulations to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans.
• Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
• Current RN/LPN license in the state of employment
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Peripheral IV certification
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and regulatory requirements related to nursing care centers
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful
