Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the nursing assistant scope, following care plans.
• Observe, document, and report patient needs and condition changes.
• Assist with specimen collection, patient hygiene, and activities of daily living.
• Support patient safety and transport needs.
• Perform basic patient testing and equipment maintenance.
• Mentor new staff and students, and perform clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications
