Nursing is what we do! Carolina Rehab Center of Cumberland in Fayetteville is seeking an LPN Unit Coordinator. The LPN Unit Coordinator will oversee clinical operations of a 136bed unit in our rehab center.
Retention Bonus $10,000 Paid out in 4 Payments first year 90 Days, 180 Days, 270 Days, and 365 Days

The LPN Unit Coordinator is responsible for staff supervision of LPNs and CNAs, as well as interfacing with physicians, QI reporting and follow-up, and providing clinical expertise to staff as needed. We offer a supportive work environment with a stable nursing and administrative team.
Education (Minimum Required) High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED: LPN license by the North Carolina Board of Nursing to practice as an LPN.
Experience and/or Pre-requisites
Minimum three to five years of experience as an LPN, preferably in long term care.
Skills and Abilities: Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations as they relate to long term care.
