Job summary

The Lodge at Mills River in Mills River, NC is seeking RN or LPN for 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am shifts; full time, part time, and PRN opportunities with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Unrestricted RN or LPN license and current CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care for residents on the unit and supervise staff.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions.
• Transcribe and implement physician orders accurately.
• Perform nursing assessments and notify physician of changes.
• Develop and implement a care plan based on assessment.
• Institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize residents.
• Supervise CNAs and other staff.
